The Skill View® test, the heart of Original Skills, is a questionnaire of 120 questions based on the theory of Neo-PI-R personality. It was made in accordance with current scientific theories and psychometric calculations, according to the standards of the American Psychological Association. The test is always updated both with the results of psychological research and those provided by cognitive neuroscience and genetics of human behavior.
The SkillView® test creates a profile of the subject based on 5 factors and 30 subfactors and gives each of them a value
The Skill View Model
The Skill View® model allows companies and experts in human resources to benefit from the methodological approach of the personality factors to support and guide more objectively their selections and personal development.
This model, combining scientific rigor with ease of use, is presented in the book “Il modello Skill View®”, which presents the steps that led to the test’s validation and provides information for its better use and interpretation of personality factors and subfactor reports.
The book also offers a brief survey taken from the literature on neuroscience that introduces the fascinating world of research of the “neuronal” roots of personality. This is to indicate that people’s potential is rooted in their brains and that any approach to strengthening and development in their favor may be better understood through the test results available on this site.
From 2020, it’s also available the Kindle Edition in German on Amazon.
