- integrate the scientific model into offerings: with “Original Skills,” partners can enrich their offering by integrating our scientific assessment model. We offer an immediate cloud-based service, ideal for current assessment activities, that perfectly fits the needs of clients, improving the efficiency and accuracy of selection and training processes, as well as coaching, counselling, and mentoring;
- promote a talent culture: we encourage our partners to promote a talent culture that is rooted in ethical and scientific values. - The partner gets certified with the first project promoted to their clients. They will be supported in their growth by Originalskills professionals.
