The Centro Universitario Internazione (CUI) has promoted, through the collaboration of its partners, the adoption of the Skill View® model among key public and private organizations in many Italian manufacturing sectors. The action of the partners is guided by the ethical values of the CUI, which are aimed at promoting the talents in every workplace, starting with the unique and original resources that each person possesses.
Today, the partners have the opportunity to participate in the dissemination of the scientific Skill View® evaluation model through their sites, portals, and blogs structured within the HR field. The partnership program (for Human Resources and Business2Customer companies and professionals ) offered through our “Original Skills Portal” does not require financial investments and enriches the services that the companies operating within the HR field offer their customers.
