L\u2019orientamento al cliente \u00e8 una competenza che consente di prevedere i reali bisogni del cliente e di adoperarsi per soddisfarli.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Come si comporta chi ha orientamento al cliente?<\/h3>\n<p>Chi ha orientamento al cliente \u00e8 <a href=\"https:\/\/originalskills.com\/it\/blog\/empatia-nella-carriera-professionale\/\">empatico<\/a>, \u00e8 <a href=\"https:\/\/originalskills.com\/it\/blog\/pensiero-analitico\/\">analitico<\/a> ed ha capacit\u00e0 di <a href=\"https:\/\/originalskills.com\/it\/blog\/il-problem-solving-la-soft-skill-piu-richiesta-dalle-aziende\/\">problem solving<\/a>. Sa valutare l\u2019importanza del cliente per l\u2019azienda, sa ascoltare le sue necessit\u00e0 e proporre le soluzioni giuste per lui o per lei.<\/p>\n<h3>Come si allena questa Soft Skill? Con passione, coinvolgimento e chiarezza<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019orientamento al cliente \u00e8 anche orientamento alle persone, alla loro storia, alle loro necessit\u00e0 e a rispondere a queste, nel modo migliore per vederle soddisfatte.<\/p>\n<p>Quindi, ci vuole una vera passione per le persone, per poterle ascoltare, creare una relazione con loro che si basi sulla fiducia, quindi coinvolgerle in tutte le attivit\u00e0 che le legano alla propria azienda, essendo sempre chiari sull\u2019offerta che si offre loro.<\/p>\n<p>Ecco alcuni consigli per allenare l\u2019orientamento al cliente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Per capire le giuste necessit\u00e0, chiedete! Siete sicuri di aver capito il vostro cliente? O avete dato qualcosa per scontato? Chiedete! Non lo vedete soddisfatto? Chiedete!<\/li>\n<li>Cercate di conoscere tutta la storia del vostro cliente, o almeno quanto necessario per capire da cosa nasce la sua necessit\u00e0 e come risolverla. Conoscersi in modo piano e trasparente aiuta la costruzione di un legame di lunga durata.<\/li>\n<li>Chiedete come il vostro cliente crea valore, per capire quale apporto d\u00e0 la vostra soluzione e, in caso, potete migliorare la soluzione per aumentare il valore per il cliente.<\/li>\n<li>Create pi\u00f9 momenti di contatto con i vostri clienti e mostratevi sempre disponibili al dialogo e alla contrattazione. Le basi per una buona relazione \u00e8 la calma e la fiducia.<\/li>\n<li>Non \u00e8 il momento giusto per contattare il cliente? Potreste trasmettergli tensione o chiusura? Se potete, posticipate. Non rischiate di riversare problemi e incrinare il buon rapporto che state creando.<\/li>\n<li>Gestite le aspettative del cliente: siate sempre realisti e trasparenti nel descrivere la vostra offerta.
