Il leader che ispira fiducia padroneggia il contesto dove si trova ad operare; promuove l\u2019innovazione e nuove visioni laddove regna lo status quo; trascina gli altri verso obiettivi ambiziosi; sviluppa le capacit\u00e0 delle persone e le motiva a raggiungere risultati personali e di carriera sempre pi\u00f9 importanti; accetta le responsabilit\u00e0 e agisce in maniera appropriata nelle diverse situazioni nelle quali opera.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Come si comporta chi ha una dote di leadership?<\/h3>\n<p>E\u2019 in grado di creare e garantire una chiara \u201cvisione prospettica\u201d per governare il cambiamento e migliorare l\u2019organizzazione e l\u2019impresa. Si dimostra capace di costruire un gruppo di lavoro dalle alte prestazioni e di ispirare, motivare e influenzare il personale. Trascina con l\u2019esempio e si assume responsabilit\u00e0 in prima persona. Le sue prestazioni sono influenzate dal possesso di alcune competenze, quali:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>il pensiero strategico<\/li>\n<li>la pianificazione e l\u2019organizzazione<\/li>\n<li>la comunicazione<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Come si allena questa Soft Skill? Sono tutte capacit\u00e0 di un leader. Vediamo i consigli per diventare un ottimo leader:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capire <strong>la differenza tra Leadership e Management<\/strong>: il leader non \u00e8 solo manager, non gestisce solamente, ma guida, dando l\u2019esempio in prima persona ai suoi collaboratori. Conosce le attivit\u00e0, lavora insieme agli altri con la stessa energia\u2026.e anche pi\u00f9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>I leader devono sapere insegnare alle altre persone<\/strong>, devono saperle formare. Perch\u00e9 sanno che pi\u00f9 leader sono meglio di uno, perch\u00e9 conoscono le proprie attivit\u00e0, hanno fiducia nelle proprie capacit\u00e0 e sono di esempio l\u2019un l\u2019altro. Cos\u00ec si crea un team vincente di persone trainanti che sono da stimolo reciproco verso il successo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dovete credere fermamente nella formazione, nelle persone che vi circondano e nelle loro potenzialit\u00e0<\/strong>. Se volete essere un leader che s\u00e0 formare (e s\u00e0 insegnare come si forma una persona) dovete vedere le potenzialit\u00e0 nelle persone, insegnare a vederle e supportare nel liberarle completamente. In questo modo avrete un gruppo di persone che riconosce le rispettive capacit\u00e0 e s\u00e0 supportarle.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se volete diventare un leader, dovete assumervi sempre pi\u00f9 responsabilit\u00e0<\/strong>. Non abbiate paura dei fallimenti. Chi non prova non fallisce, e, imparando dai propri errori, i fallimenti sono un modo per imparare e progredire. Se non facessimo errori, vorrebbe dire che siamo perfetti, ma la perfezione non esiste&#8230;e c\u2019\u00e8 sempre il modo di migliorare!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se volete formare dei leader, dovete dare loro sempre pi\u00f9 responsabilit\u00e0<\/strong>.
