E\u2019 lo stile organizzativo, la cultura che si respira nelle imprese, il clima emotivo, i codici comportamentali, le modalit\u00e0 scelte dalle persone per presentarsi, vestirsi, discutere, celebrare. Questo tipo di empatia non \u00e8 di natura cosciente, vien<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">e a galla solo quando si prova a introdurre dei cambiamenti nell\u2019organizzazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Al secondo livello metterei la capacit\u00e0 di cogliere cosa passa per la mente altrui. E\u2019 la cosiddetta sfida di Monna Lisa, il famoso dipinto di Leonardo da Vinci. Qual \u00e8 il pensiero che sta dietro il mezzo sorriso della donna del ritratto? Ecco, alcune persone sono particolarmente capaci di farsi un\u2019idea immediata delle sensazioni che gli altri provano. Li capiscono dal \u201cdi dentro\u201d, provano le stesse emozioni e colgono i pensieri degli altri. Altre persone fanno fatica a interpretare e collocare nel giusto contesto il significato di un mezzo sorriso. Hanno bisogno di studiare e comprendere domandando. Questo tipo di empatia, quella di terzo livello, spesso riscontrata come mancanza di empatia \u00e8, in effetti, un tipo di empatia fredda, che ha bisogno di conferme per comprendere cosa le persone pensano. Questo tipo di empatia \u00e8 riscontrabile in ogni tipo di popolazione aziendale (dirigenti, quadri, impiegati, lavoratori) ed \u00e8 molto ricercata perch\u00e9 riesce ad assemblare informazioni che vengono da pi\u00f9 fonti (situazioni reali, storia, cultura, immagini, web, ricerche, ecc.) valorizzandole in vista di un obiettivo commerciale, produttivo o di altro genere.<\/p>\n<p>Il problema, in molti casi, \u00e8 che le persone non possono essere entrambi le cose, empatici, analitici ed empatici risonanti (come direbbe Goleman). E a tal riguardo \u00e8 il contesto aziendale (organizzazione empatica o fredda ed ostile) che pu\u00f2 attrarre verso di se quelle persone che sono nella media, cio\u00e8 sia leggermente empatiche risonanti e sia lievemente empatiche analitiche.
